Caster Chain is the standalone migration and runtime control surface for Caster OS. This static fallback keeps navigation, Farcaster mini app compatibility, and read-only status routes live while CasterRPC, QStorage shell cutover, append-only event log writes, materialized snapshots, node workers, QKMS custody, queues, MetaVM proofs, DNS cutover, rollback, and public announcements remain blocked_external.
